Homemade coldbuster vegan soup
It doesn’t have to be vegan, you can add meat if you want, or use chicken or beef broth. Anyway, it’s pretty tasty, really filling, and has kept me and my poor immune system pretty healthy so far this winter. Making the soup takes less than an hour.
